Measurement-Based Care (MBC) provides a framework for turning routine assessments into insights that support clinical conversations, strengthen engagement, and guide treatment decisions throughout the care journey.<\/p>\n<p>On <strong>February 24th<\/strong>, <strong>EMHware and Greenspace Health<\/strong> hosted an educational webinar exploring the <em>how<\/em> of Measurement-Based Care, focused on how outcome measurement can be seamlessly embedded into existing workflows through Canada\u2019s only fully integrated MBC x behavioral health EHR solution.<\/p>\n<p>This session provided an overview of how integrated technology can support MBC in practice, including a walkthrough of the EMHware\/Greenspace integration and how MBC data is captured, surfaced, and leveraged across the care journey.
