Across North America, organizations are using MBC to improve care quality, strengthen engagement, demonstrate measurable impact, and drive economic ROI.<\/p>\n<p>On December 9th, <strong>Greenspace Health<\/strong>, <strong>The Lincoln Center<\/strong>, and <strong>Z\u00f3calo Health<\/strong> pulled back the curtain on what it <em>really<\/em> takes to build and sustain a successful MBC implementation. With extensive experience in trauma-informed therapy, outcome measurement, and program development, she is passionate about using data to enhance clinical effectiveness and client engagement. Z\u00f3calo Health offers enhanced care management, behavioral health, primary care, and community support to address social drivers of health and whole-person needs. A licensed marriage and family therapist, Sophia joined Z\u00f3calo to help launch and integrate the behavioral health service line within the organization\u2019s interdisciplinary care model. Having supported 50+ organizations implement MBC, Carly\u2019s work spans workflow mapping, training strategy, and change management, ensuring executives, admins, and clinicians have the right plan, enablement, and data at each stage of the journey.
