Toronto, ON and Leesburg, FL \u2013 April 14, 2026<\/b> \u2014 Greenspace Health<\/a> and LifeStream Behavioral Center<\/a>, a leading nonprofit provider of behavioral health and social services in Central Florida, have partnered to implement Measurement-Based Care (MBC) across LifeStream\u2019s full continuum of programs. The collaboration will leverage data-driven insights and patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) within the care process to improve service quality and clinical outcomes for thousands of individuals served across Lake, Citrus, Sumter, Orange, Marion, and Hernando Counties.<\/p>\n LifeStream, a CARF-accredited organization, offers inpatient, outpatient, residential, education, and primary care services, supporting nearly 41,000 individuals annually through over 543,000 direct care visits. Greenspace\u2019s MBC platform integrates directly with LifeStream\u2019s EHR, Streamline SmartCare, which reduces administrative burden, maintains clinical workflows and data integrity by ensuring the EHR remains the source of truth for all client information.<\/p>\n The implementation is part of the Florida Behavioral Health Association\u2019s coordinated Measurement-Based Care initiative with Greenspace Health, alongside other leading organizations across the state, including Centerstone Florida and David Lawrence Centers.
