September 24, 2025 (Oakville, ON) – The CAN Health Network is excited to partner with Greenspace Health, a Canadian company empowering mental health care organizations, hospitals, and health systems transform the way that services are accessed, measured, and delivered, using real-time data to better understand patient needs and improve treatment outcomes.
Greenspace’s digital platform enables clinicians to easily implement Measurement-Based Care (MBC), an evidence-based model that uses standardized symptom rating scales to regularly track patient progress and treatment response over time. By turning outcome data into actionable insights, clinicians can identify what is working, make informed adjustments to care plans, and deliver more effective, personalized treatment.
Across many mental health services in Canada, clinical decisions are often made without timely and objective data on how patients are responding to treatment. Greenspace’s platform addresses this challenge by giving care teams access to meaningful, real-time data and insights that empower them to adjust care plans sooner and improve outcomes for both individuals and across entire programs.
Through the CAN Health Network, Greenspace is collaborating with Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre on a commercialization project to implement its platform within the Department of Psychiatry. This project will support Sunnybrook in expanding its use of Measurement-Based Care across its programs, enabling clinicians to better track symptom changes, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and deliver more informed, personalized care.
