iMind Behavioral Health, founded in 2018 and located in Maryland, USA, is a community-based, CARF-accredited organization dedicated to providing accessible, culturally responsive mental health treatment. Their mission is to provide a comprehensive range of services that are accessible, affordable, and inclusive for all. With a passion for equity and inclusivity, they are committed to delivering compassionate, personalized, and affordable care, including low-income individuals and families.
In 2024, iMind implemented Greenspace’s Measurement-Based Care (MBC) platform in their Mobile Response & Stabilization Services (MRSS), to leverage clinical data to provide personalized, evidence-based care and improve treatment outcomes. MRSS provides essential mental health services to school-aged youth experiencing significant emotional or mental distress. The service is focused on stabilizing crisis situations, preventing unnecessary hospitalizations or placements, and connecting individuals to any ongoing care and resources they may require.
Since launching, their clients have completed over 630 assessments, achieving a 36% reliable recovery rate and an average therapeutic alliance score of 80%.
Given the impact of the initiative, iMind is working to launch Greenspace within their Mobile Response Team (MRT) and Mental Health Urgent Care & Outpatient program, in order to continue delivering evidence-based, high-quality care to their community.
We’re excited to welcome Dr. Kimberly Gordon Achebe, who leads the MRSS program at iMind Behavioral Health, to speak at our upcoming educational panel, ‘Measurement-Based Care & CARF Accreditation: Driving Quality Through Measurable Outcomes‘. Dr. Gordon spearheaded the implementation of Greenspace at the organization, so she brings a wealth of experience and expertise on achieving CARF accreditation and success with MBC.
