Yes, platform flexibility is always one of our top considerations in order to ensure each organizations MBC solution is built specifically with their workflow in mind. Organizations are able to configure multiple Clinic Accounts within the same organization, allowing for program/area specific reporting, insights, and supervision. This allows small-large or complex organizations to manage their own progress measurement initiatives in a format that is best suited to their processes and team.

Yes, platform flexibility is always a top consideration in order to ensure each organizations Pop Health hub is built specifically with their population context, and resources in mind. The platform is able to be customized in many different ways, allowing the Hub to cater to organizations of any size or complexity, and offer a solution perfectly fit to their population.
People accessing their resource hub can track symptom progress by completing a mental wellness self-assessment as often as they’d like. The default assessment frequency is set to every two weeks, but users can choose to receive a notification to complete the assessment every week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks or 8 weeks – whatever suits them!
Assessments can be completed in whichever format a user wants, either by mobile, desktop or tablet. Assessment notifications are sent via text or email, whichever the user prefers. While there is a default setting for assessment delivery, users can choose to modify assessment delivery to be sent any day or time they’d like.
The information users share is owned by them and considered Personal Health Information (PHI). Data is kept private and confidential, according to our privacy policy found here. Personal information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties, as described in our Privacy Policy, you can also learn more about our security practices here.
The assessments that are delivered to users via browser, by email or SMS, don’t contain any personally identifying information or health information about patients. When assessments are completed, the data is sent to the application’s server through secure channels (HTTPS, SSH, etc.). No patient information in conjunction with patient names is ever sent over unsecured email or other unsecured channels.
Privacy and security are the foundation of everything we do.
