Our upcoming webinar, Structuring Measurement-Based Care for Success: Implementation Strategies to Drive Adoption, Engagement, and Outcomes, brings together a group of expert clinical leaders who have effectively implemented and scaled MBC across their organizations to foster engagement, strengthen collaboration, and improve clinical outcomes. Ahead of the session, we’re excited to spotlight each of our panelists and the behavioral health organizations they represent.
Meet Emily Gatto
Emily Gatto, MSW, LCSW, is the Director of TLC Wellness and Senior Vice President at The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth (TLC). Since joining TLC in 2023, Emily has led the charge in scaling accessible mental health services to be more approachable, empowering, and impactful for all.
Emily earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Social Work from Millersville University, becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2015. She also holds a certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and has specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure and Response Prevention, Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices.
Emily has built her career around her focus for helping individuals of all ages access compassionate, evidence-based mental health support. With over 15 years of clinical and leadership experience, Emily has worked across a range of settings including integrated primary care, in-home family therapy, and hospital-based behavioral health. She dedicated seven years to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where she supported the behavioral health needs of youth and families. Prior to that, Emily worked in an in-home family therapy program supporting youth at risk of out-of-home placement, where she developed a deep understanding of how early, coordinated intervention can positively shift outcomes. With a wealth of experience working across various age groups and backgrounds, Emily approaches each person with empathy and expertise, and has a proven track record of making a meaningful impact.
This extensive training and expertise has supported Emily’s initiative to create environments where clinicians feel supported, clients feel empowered, and care is responsive. With a passion for empowering individuals in care, Emily is dedicated to teaching and spreading awareness about mental health, healing-centered practices, and strategies for personal growth and resilience. At TLC Wellness and the TLC Education Institute, she plays a key role in equipping clinicians, supervisors, and educators with the training and tools they need to deliver responsive, data-informed care.
