YOU'VE BEEN INVITED
MBC Leaders Network
A community of behavioral health leaders committed to advancing Measurement-Based Care, improving outcomes, and shaping the future of mental healthcare.
A community of behavioral health leaders committed to advancing Measurement-Based Care, improving outcomes, and shaping the future of mental healthcare.
The most valuable lessons in Measurement-Based Care don't come from vendors. They come from organizations that have done the work.
We're bringing together a founding group of leaders to share what they've learned, shape the future of Measurement-Based Care, and help other organizations implement it more successfully.
One of the most valuable ways to advance Measurement-Based Care is by connecting peers with the right resources.
If you know an organization exploring MBC, our Referral Program offers additional recognition for qualified introductions.

Members can choose the opportunities that fit their expertise and availability.
Speak with organizations exploring Measurement-Based Care, and share the impact of your implementation.
Introduce peers who could benefit, so the organizations coming up behind you start from a warmer place.
Share your experience in your own words. Every quote is developed collaboratively and approved before publication.
Present alongside Greenspace and other members, or join a panel on the questions your peers are working through.
Document what worked for your team, so other clinical leaders can adapt it rather than start from scratch.
Give feedback that shapes the tools clinicians rely on, from assessment workflows to outcome reporting.
Get recognized for your MBC leadership and gain access to exclusive opportunities.
The insights, experiences, and time leaders share help other organizations implement Measurement-Based Care with greater confidence. While participation is always voluntary, we believe those contributions should be acknowledged in a meaningful way.
Choose a gift card or prepaid card to enjoy however you’d like.
Direct the same recognition toward a charity or community initiative that matters to you.
Treat your team to lunch from us, to celebrate the people improving care every day.
All speaking opportunities, testimonials, and case studies are developed collaboratively and approved by participants before publication.
This invitation recognizes the leadership you've already demonstrated. We're bringing together a small community of behavioral health organizations and leaders to share their expertise, support one another, and help advance Measurement-Based Care across the industry.
The Measurement-Based Care Leaders Network is an invitation-only community. Members are nominated by Greenspace teams based on their leadership, commitment to Measurement-Based Care, and willingness to share their experience with others.
You’ve been invited because you’ve demonstrated a commitment to improving behavioral health outcomes and have valuable insights that can help other organizations succeed.
The Network brings together behavioral health leaders who are advancing Measurement-Based Care across their organizations. Members have opportunities to share their experience, contribute to industry conversations, connect with peers, provide product feedback, and help shape the future of Measurement-Based Care.
Participation is collaborative, flexible, and entirely optional.
Members can choose from a variety of opportunities based on their interests and availability, including:
You decide which opportunities are the best fit.
Most members participate in approximately one to two hours of activities each month, though participation is entirely flexible.
Some months you may join a webinar or provide product feedback. Other months you may simply participate in a reference call, or choose not to participate at all.
We recognize the time and expertise members contribute through a consistent acknowledgement for each completed activity.
Members can choose how they’d like that recognition to be applied, whether that’s celebrating their clinical team, supporting a mental health organization, investing in professional development, or selecting a personal reward.
Recognition is never tied to sales outcomes or whether an organization becomes a Greenspace customer.
Absolutely. Participation is always optional and members decide which opportunities align with their expertise, interests, and availability.
There are no quotas or minimum participation requirements.
The founding cohort will include a small group of behavioral health leaders from organizations across North America, representing a range of clinical settings, specialties, and implementation experiences.
Our goal is to create opportunities for members to learn from one another while advancing Measurement-Based Care together.
Yes. In addition to individual advocacy opportunities, members will be invited to leadership roundtables, community discussions, and other opportunities to connect with peers, exchange best practices, and share implementation experiences.
The Founding Cohort will run for one year. Throughout the year we’ll gather feedback from members to shape the future of the Network, with the goal of building a long-term community that continues to evolve alongside the needs of behavioral health leaders.
Some of the most valuable lessons in Measurement-Based Care come from organizations that have successfully implemented it in practice. The Network creates a space for those leaders to share their experience, learn from one another, and help more organizations deliver measurable, high-quality behavioral healthcare.
