Yes. One of the core benefits of MBC is being able to understand how care is working across your organization.
Leaders can review aggregated insights across programs, clinical teams, providers, or specific time periods to better understand trends in client outcomes and engagement. This visibility helps organizations identify areas of strength, detect opportunities for improvement, and monitor the effectiveness of different care models or interventions.
Yes. Greenspace is built to support organizations with multiple locations, programs, or service lines.
The platform can be configured so that each clinic or program operates within a shared system while maintaining workflows and reporting structures that reflect their unique needs. Organizational leaders can view outcomes and engagement data across the entire organization or focus on specific sites, teams, or service areas.
Greenspace provides structured implementation support designed to help organizations successfully adopt Measurement-Based Care and sustain it over time.
During implementation, our team works closely with organizational leaders to design workflows, configure assessment strategies, and align the platform with clinical and operational goals. Staff training sessions are provided to ensure clinicians and administrators understand how to incorporate outcome measures into their daily practice.
After rollout, organizations continue to receive support through ongoing training resources, implementation guidance, and customer success support. This helps teams refine their measurement strategies, improve adoption, and ensure the platform continues to support evolving organizational needs.
Yes. Greenspace provides role-based access so that clinicians, administrators, and organizational leaders each have access to the information most relevant to their responsibilities.
Clinicians typically see dashboards focused on individual client progress and session-level insights that help guide treatment decisions. Administrators and leadership teams can access higher-level analytics that show program outcomes, engagement trends, and organization-wide performance.
Our support specialists can help you configure dashboards and views that best fit the needs of providers and admins at your organization.

Greenspace tailors implementation support to the size, structure, and complexity of each organization.
For smaller clinics, implementation may focus on introducing core measurement workflows that integrate easily into daily practice. For larger organizations or health systems, implementation may involve multi-phase rollouts, integration with existing systems, and coordinated onboarding across multiple programs or sites.
Greenspace works closely with each organization to design an implementation plan that aligns with their clinical workflows, leadership goals, and change management needs.
Yes. Greenspace’s analytics dashboards allow organizations to review outcomes and engagement at the program, clinic, or organizational level without requiring access to identifiable client information. These aggregated insights enable leaders to evaluate clinic performance, monitor trends in outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement while maintaining appropriate privacy protections.
Greenspace provides analytics that help organizations understand how Measurement-Based Care is being used across their teams.
Administrators can monitor indicators such as assessment completion rates, clinician adoption, client participation, and other engagement trends over time. These insights help organizations identify where implementation is succeeding and where additional support or training may be helpful.
This can also support leadership in identifying MBC champions or power users, which can be helpful to drive shared learning and increased adoption across the organization.

Yes, platform flexibility is always a top consideration in order to ensure each organizations Pop Health hub is built specifically with their population context, and resources in mind. The platform is able to be customized in many different ways, allowing the Hub to cater to organizations of any size or complexity, and offer a solution perfectly fit to their population.
People accessing their resource hub can track symptom progress by completing a mental wellness self-assessment as often as they’d like. The default assessment frequency is set to every two weeks, but users can choose to receive a notification to complete the assessment every week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks or 8 weeks – whatever suits them!
Assessments can be completed in whichever format a user wants, either by mobile, desktop or tablet. Assessment notifications are sent via text or email, whichever the user prefers. While there is a default setting for assessment delivery, users can choose to modify assessment delivery to be sent any day or time they’d like.
Organizations can use outcomes data collected through Measurement-Based Care to better understand the mental health needs of their populations and evaluate the effectiveness of their wellness initiatives. By analyzing aggregated results across employees or students, leaders can identify trends in areas such as stress, anxiety, burnout, and overall wellbeing.
These insights help organizations make more informed decisions about the types of programs and supports that may have the greatest impact. For example, outcomes data can highlight when certain populations may benefit from additional resources, when specific interventions are producing positive results, or when programming should be adjusted to better address emerging needs.
Over time, consistently collecting and reviewing this information enables organizations to move beyond assumptions and instead use data to guide strategic decisions about mental health initiatives, resource allocation, and program design.
Workplace and campus mental health programs often use brief, validated assessments that measure common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, resilience, and overall functioning. These tools help organizations understand how individuals are experiencing their wellbeing and track changes over time.
For example, many programs incorporate widely used measures that assess symptoms of depression or anxiety, such as the PHQ-9 and GAD-7, along with tools designed to capture broader indicators such as life satisfaction, functioning, or emotional wellbeing. These measures are typically short and easy to complete, which helps encourage participation while still providing meaningful insights.
Greenspace provides access to a large library of evidence-based assessments and works with organizations to select measures that align with their goals, whether they are focused on supporting student success, improving workplace wellbeing, or monitoring population-level mental health trends.
Yes. Greenspace is designed to work alongside existing systems that support mental health and wellness services. For organizations with established campus health platforms, employee assistance programs (EAPs), or clinical systems, Greenspace can be integrated to embed Measurement-Based Care within those existing workflows.
This allows assessments, outcomes data, and progress tracking to become part of the broader care or support ecosystem without requiring organizations to replace the systems they already use. For programs without complex technical infrastructure, Greenspace can also be implemented as a standalone platform that integrates easily into current processes.
Yes. One of the key benefits of Measurement-Based Care is the ability to identify potential concerns earlier through consistent monitoring of mental health indicators.
When individuals complete brief outcome measures at regular intervals, changes in symptoms or wellbeing can be detected more quickly than relying solely on voluntary outreach or self-referral. This allows care teams to recognize when someone may be experiencing increased distress or challenges and may benefit from additional support.
At the population level, aggregated data can also help organizations identify broader trends that suggest rising stress or mental health concerns within certain groups or time periods. These insights enable organizations to respond proactively by adjusting programming, increasing outreach, or providing targeted support resources before issues escalate.
