As the year draws to a close, we reflect on and celebrate another 365 days of significant progress in advancing mental health access and elevating care quality through our Measurement-Based Care (MBC) platforms. This year has been marked by many transformational MBC projects, impactful implementation research, widespread industry education, and the continued empowerment of our clinical partners to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care to the communities they serve.
Our clinical partners span the spectrum—from individual clinicians and small clinics, to hospitals and large healthcare systems. Regardless of the organization’s size, every action they take—whether it’s scheduling and sending assessments, reviewing outcomes, or collaborating with clients to align on treatment goals—plays a crucial role in driving meaningful symptom improvement for individuals in need of support across North America.

Empowering Clients Through MBC
245,827 new clients leveraged Greenspace’s MBC platforms this year. This is a remarkable achievement, as we know how empowering MBC can be for individuals in care. Not only does it give them the ability to reflect on their progress and have drastically improved experiences and outcomes throughout care, it also helps them develop the shared language and tools necessary to communicate their needs with their provider(s) and actively participate in their care discussions and decisions.
Expanding MBC Access
- 91 new organizations implemented MBC with Greenspace, delivering a higher quality of care to the clients they support.
- 14,061 providers embraced MBC by adopting Greenspace to enhance treatment discussions and decision making.
Advancing Data-Driven Care
Collectively, our partners sent an incredible 1,149,116 assessments this year—creating 1,149,116 opportunities for clients to reflect, monitor their symptoms, better understand their own mental health, and actively engage in their care journey. Providers logged into Greenspace 779,030 times, demonstrating a clear commitment to actively reviewing client progress. Research shows that frequently reviewing scores correlates to better care outcomes.
Driving Positive Outcomes
- 46% of clients with anxiety (GAD-7) experienced recovery this year.
- 47% of clients with depression (PHQ-9) experienced recovery this year.
- Across all of our clinical partners, the average therapeutic alliance score was 82%, highlighting the strength of their client-clinician relationships and the incredible work being done to ensure treatment is collaborative and client-centred. Enhancing our Tools and Technology to Better Serve You
This year, we expanded our platform with 197 new evidence-based assessments, bringing the total available to over 500. Our comprehensive set of assessments empowers our clinical partners with the tools they need to best support their clients. We know how additional, more precise measures drive meaningful outcomes, which is why we remain committed to providing a wide range of assessments to help providers meet each of their client’s unique needs. We launched 30 EHR, eReferral, and SSO integrations with partners such as Welligent, Netsmart, EMHware, and more, creating a more seamless experience for providers and administrators. We launched MBC 2.0, with significantly enhanced measurement functionality and brand new features that make MBC even easier for clinicians, delivering greater clinical insight to them and the clients they serve.
