Based in Jacksonville, Gateway Community Services works to reduce substance use and mental health challenges through prevention programming and a comprehensive continuum of care. Its services also focus on expanding access to transitional housing, employment opportunities, and recovery support groups to help individuals build lasting recovery.

Eosis is dedicated to supporting patients, families, and communities in recovery from addiction and related mental health disorders. Serving individuals since 1852, Elwyn provides education, behavioral health, crisis, and developmental disability services for children and adults. From early learning and K-12 education to residential, outpatient, and community-based behavioral health programs, Elwyn helps people build meaningful, independent lives.
Rosecrance
Location: Illinois, USA
Serving individuals and families for over 100 years, Rosecrance is a leader in mental health and addiction treatment with physical and virtual locations across Illinois, Chicago, Iowa, and Indiana. Its continuum of care includes residential treatment for adults and adolescents, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, community mental health services, and recovery housing, with outcomes-based treatment embedded throughout their care process.

Hartford HealthCare is a leading Connecticut health system with nearly 500 locations across 185 cities and towns. CAYA Collaborative Care
Location: Kentucky, USA
CAYA Collaborative Care supports people with mental illness, addiction, or intellectual disabilities as they build meaningful, independent lives. As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) serving 18 counties across Southcentral and Western Kentucky, CAYA provides crisis services, mental health care, a full continuum of substance use treatment, and developmental services.
Wingspan Care Group

Wingspan Care Group supports a coordinated, community-based network of independent human service providers in Northeast Ohio. Its affiliate agencies deliver integrated physical and mental health care, including primary care and substance use services.
Alpha House
Location: Pennsylvania, USA
Alpha House is a non-profit residential treatment community. For over 50 years, they have provided community-focused substance use disorder treatment and support in the heart of Pittsburgh. Its residential program combines group and individual therapy with peer-focused support, educational and occupational assistance, legal support, and daily life skills to help residents build new beginnings.

The Open Table offers faith-centered emotional, spiritual, and mental health care in Tustin. Valley Cities Behavioral Health Care

Addiction & Mental Health Services – Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington (AMHS-KFLA)

AMHS-KFLA provides responsive, high-quality, community-based addiction and mental health services that empower individuals with severe, persistent challenges to become well and achieve their full potential. They a broad range of addiction and mental health programs across Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox & Addington, including 24/7 crisis lines, counselling and treatment, community mental health, justice services, housing, and a dedicated youth team.
Kristen French Child Advocacy Centre Niagara
Location: Ontario, Canada
The Kristen French Child Advocacy Centre Niagara is a charitable, community supported organization dedicated to helping children and youth by providing a safe, trauma-informed space for children and youth who have experienced abuse, neglect, internet luring, or violence. Working alongside police and child welfare partners, the Centre offers a coordinated approach to investigation and support, along with counselling, play therapy, and youth programming.
